When is Servpro able to respond ?

Within one hour from notice of loss, a SERVPRO Professional will contact your insured to arrange for service.

Within four hours of loss notification, a SERVPRO Professional is on-site to start mitigation services.

Within eight business hours, a verbal briefing of the scope will be communicated to the appropriate person.

Timely mitigation is key to the restoration process. Restoring property is the SERVPRO Professional’s first priority. Your customer will appreciate the immediate response, and you will know everything is being done to limit the damage. Even if a loss is below the deductible amount, fast action helps assure the event will stay small!
